Stephen V. Rapposelli, PT, OCS What makes Performance Physical Therapy and Fitness Center special is the people! We treat everyone in our practice with the care and respect that a family member would deserve. This personalized, hands on care has allowed us to have the reputation as the premiere rehabilitation center in the area. Over 100 area doctors send their patients and families to us for treatment.

Stephen V. Rapposelli, PT, OCS
Delaware Native, Salesianum Graduate, Beaver College Graduate, Practicing Since 1987, Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics.


John P. Bradley, PTJohn P. Bradley, PT

John is a native of New Castle, Delaware. He attended Salesianum High School in Wilmington and then Boston University for his Physical Therapy degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1987. His areas of special interest include physical therapy of the spine as well as ergonomics and work injury prevention. He is a regular consultant to regional and international manufacturing companies for his work in ergonomics and prevention of work related injuries.



Kim Pasquale, DPTKim Pasquale, DPT

Kim grew up in Hockessin, DE attending Sanford School for 12 years. She graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She then returned to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware. She spent several years at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital in Malvern, PA working with patients with primarily neurological diagnoses. Kim is now excited about pursuing her interests in sports and orthopedics here in her home town.


Michele Denn, PTMichele Denn, PT

Michele is a Delaware native, growing up in North Wilmington and graduating from St. Mark's High School. She attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated with her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware. She has considerable experience in outpatient orthopedics with a special interest in spine rehabilitation. Michele currently lives in Newark with her husband and two children.


Meghan Coen, DPTMeghan Coen, DPT

Meghan is a native of Wilmington, Delaware. She attended St. Elizabeth School in Wilmington from K-12th grade. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's of Science Degree, majoring in Exercise Science. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her interests are in the world of outpatient and sports medicine physical therapy. She is very excited to start her physical therapy career back in Delaware and at Performance Physical Therapy!


Sharise Dautel, PTSharise Dautel, PT

Sharise is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a Degree with Distinction in Physical Therapy. She completed post-graduate work to receive a Certificate in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine from the McKenzie Institute, an international center for spinal care.

Her broad array of experience includes pediatrics, neurology as well as sports rehabilitation. She also worked as a school-based therapist at the Pilot School of Wilmington. She has a strong background in orthopedics and spinal care and brings over 25 years of experience in physical rehabilitation.


Katie Kruger, PTKatie Kruger, PT

Katie is originally from Wisconsin, however, recently relocated to the area for her husband's job opportunity. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She continued her education at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She previously worked at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center in Wisconsin as a physical therapist in both the outpatient and inpatient settings. Her primary interests are in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy. She is excited to pursue these interests at Performance Physical Therapy and help improve the quality of life for those she works with.
