We have Certified Personal Trainers on staff to help you attain your Fitness goals. One-on-one time with a personal trainer can help in many ways:

  • Strength, conditioning, and/or agility training
  • Supplementing sports training
  • Motivation to continue regular exercise
  • Balance and core strengthening for all ages

We offer 30 minute and 60 minute single sessions as well as discounts for training packages and Fitness Center members.
